Yarea is one of the big names on the new national pop scene, moving naturally between indie and urban while her songs have accumulated hundreds of thousands of listens on digital platforms.
In 2022 she released her first album, Lombardía 22, a tribute to nostalgia. A year later, she teamed up with Kickbombo to release No me pasa nada, her most pop work to date. After the success of this second EP, the artist released 'Ni la mitad' and 'Salvaje oeste', with a much more personal and intimate sound.
Although Yarea has a natural talent which is very difficult to classify, she could be linked to artists like Babi, Natalia Lacunza and Zetazen. But she also has an indie folk air that brings her closer to the songs of authors such as Zahara and Carmen Boza. Songs like 'Espiral', 'Tóxica' (with Hens), 'Desde dentro', 'Malabares' and 'La culpa' (with Pole.) have won her an important legion of followers.
Yarea takes the singer-songwriter song full circle with her unique voice and a musical proposal that goes far beyond the traditional concept, expanding the boundaries of her music with a sophisticated production of urban airs in which the voice continues to be the central element of her lyrics and her warm, delicate songs have a very natural melancholic tone.
