José Luis Jaén and Ale Romero met in the television programme 'Tierra de talento' (Canal Sur Televisión), in which José Luis reached the final twice and Ale is the musical director. Since they joined forces, they have been performing live shows in which they simply create magic with their different styles and proposals.
José Luis Jaén has turned out to be a real musical revolution, even though he has been performing for almost three decades with different groups ranging from jazz to flamenco. Born in Almeria, he has a heartbreaking voice that touches the soul, He has collaborated with artists such as Carlos Cuevas, Chabuco, Zenet and María Peláe, and has shared the stage with prominent figures such as Dorantes, Arcángel, Eva Yerbabuena, Estrella Morente, Diego del Morao, Argentina, Tomatito and Israel Fernández.
Although he studied for three years at the Conservatory of Music of Seville, Ale Romero is basically a self-taught musician. He has accompanied and recorded albums with artists such as María Peláe, Vanesa Martín, Miguel Poveda, Andy y Lucas, Aitana, David de María, Siempre Así, accompanying many of them during their live performances. For five years he was the musical director of Cirque du Soleil's show Totem. Back in Spain, he worked as musical director for María Villalón, José Mercé and Aitana, with whom he continues in that capacity, and for the television programmes 'Tierra de talento' and 'Somos música' as well.
