To make a T-shirt requires approximately one hundred and sixty grams of cotton, two thousand litres of water, and travelling ten thousand kilometres around the world, in addition to the litres of fuel needed for the trip. And many hands: hands to cultivate, to cut, to sew, to dye, to move, to load, to unload, to store, to transport, to fold, to sell. And two hands to pay for it. This is the story of two T-shirts that, twenty years apart, are capable of bringing two worlds, two persons and many {im}possible destinies together.
This company based in Casabermeja (Malaga), with a long history in the performing arts industry, has undertaken its first production which brings together visual and performance arts, documentary theatre and autofiction. A combination of disciplines to carry out a project that requires all these tools in order to express with multiple languages one’s own search for a common language.
