PAVÓN TEATRO KAMIKAZE IS THE WINNER OF THE 2017 NATIONAL THEATRE AWARD

In a space with no objects a man reconstructs the story of a person he unquestioningly admires: a serial killer who is looking for the meaning of his life through death. A life immersed in the densest of melancholies.
Our narrator is an absolute fanatic of this charismatic criminal. He defines himself as a coward in the face of the acts committed, he is opaque and only becomes passionate when he describes the other’s actions, doing so with the most minute and sordid details. But who is this man, his best friend? His victim?
Matar cansa is a dramatic  monologue that navigates in a visceral, poetic and even evangelical manner through the events that led this assassin to become a figure feared by the world and venerated by our narrator.
