Theatre is in danger of extinction. Euripides, Sophocles and Aeschylus (the three major tragic poets of Ancient Greece) take off on a risky and surrealistic journey with the objective of saving it. Will they succeed? A tribute to theatre, its genres and styles. A loutish comedy. Characters on the edge of good sense. And one objective: laughter and fun!
CaraZapato Teatro began acting in bars in Malaga and Madrid. With humour as its banner, they also performed in different venues and alternative spaces in the city, such as beach restaurants. This year their show De camino a las Dionisias, intended for large format theatre, was the winner of the 2020 Malaga Crea competition.
